Task Squid

The quickest way to get group tasks accomplished can now be done with Task Squid. It collaborates all your tasks that will complete your project. Task Squid is a private beta management device, its aim is productivity but it uses an activity approach for project collaboration.
You become the focus point while using this tool right after signing in the tasks you have been appointed to you, or the tasks that you have appointed to others show up. In reverse sequential order, color-coded by type, the tasks, comments, subtasks, files, and times are all highlighted in the activity stream.

While initially setting up you can connect to your Twitter, Facebook, and Google Calendar accounts. Tasks will be shown on the right hand side of the page, you can predetermine the categories and they can be treated like separate projects. Updates can come directly to your cell phone for completed or new tasks all you have to do is add your number.

Tasks include simple notes or vigorous action items, so you can make it flashier by stylizing the text, adding flash media, attaching files, noting due dates, or assigning multiple owners. Every task can also support comments, along with subtasks, and an option for time entry. Sharing tasks can be done directly thru URL or with social networks like Facebook or Twitter. Aesthetic affinity does not disappoint with Task Squid it looks and feels cool and clean, and visual appeal is added by making the comment bubbles multicolored.
